Steps 1 - Fill Application Form & Paste Photo of Applicant on form with 

Cross Signature and Sign Application Form with Blue Ball Pen Only (Application Form)


Steps 2 - Attached True Certified Copy of Identity Proof of Applicant having Clear Photo & Sign of Applicant(ie Pan Card )


Steps 3 - Attached True Certified Copy of Address Proof of Applicant Aadhar, DL, Passport, Any other Address Proof with Photo of Applicant (Any One)


Steps 4 - Prepare a scan copy of all completed documents in single PDF File and send us scan copy at Team.eMudhra@gmail.com


Steps 5 - Once Scan Documents Approved by us than Confirm  Payments (Bank Details)


Steps 6 - If documents will be OK, We will process your Digital Signature. After processing, Complete Video and Phone Verification of applicant.
